Training info for BA teams use of Jira

We use Jira for our combined team of BA and PM to lead business projects between the IT department and the internal stakeholders business side of the company.

Is there any training or learning content here in the Atlassian Community for this use case?
Example 'Story' we use a story as a 'business opportunity'.

This will either go into 'done' status if not moving forward as a project. Or it will be closed if not moving forward.

We will transition it to an Epic if it moved forward but it is a large project. Or just an Issue if it moves forward as a smaller project. 

We also laisse with the Dev team in order to assign them tasks and user stories.

@Kari Hodson FYI - you posted this in the Jira Align community.  Are you specifically looking for how to best manage this between Jira and Jira Align?

Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs) can utilize Jira Align in various ways.

You sort of describe ideation or project intake.  Jira Align includes functionality around intake, OKRs, portfolio management, product management and many other things. 

With the integration of Jira Align with Jira, it involves setting up teams in Jira Align, adding projects, mapping custom fields and process steps from Jira.  This allows you to take the project intake item from Jira and map it to an EPIC in JA, prioritize and determine through various approaches on if and when the organization will work on it.  

The specific ways in which BAs and PMs use Jira Align may vary depending on their roles, responsibilities, and the specific needs of their projects and I suggest that you work with one of our Agile@Scale partners and/or Atlassian Advisory Services on the best way to solve your request.

I was just looking for ideas on best practices. But we decided to use Plans or advanced roadmaps. For higher level planning features.
