Ticket deleted from Jira but still showing in Jira Align

Hello, could you please help investigate/fix this issue

Reproducing:

1. Syncing a ticket from Jira to Jira Align
2. Delete the ticket in Jira
3. The Ticket in Jira Align still exists under same epic
4. Expected Behavior: the associated Jira Align story should also be delete automatically

@Vijay Uskamalla Jira Align won't automatically delete the story unless you have the Delete Item Status configured under Admin - Jira Settings - Jira Setup.  If you have this field configured, then when you delete in Jira, it will also permanently delete in Jira Align.

If you don't want it to immediately permanently delete in Jira Align, then this field is left blank, and you have to go to Admin - Jira Management - Jira Deleted Issues.  You have to run this (I would recommend you don't run this during peak times since this is API intensive) and it will provide you a list of all the items that have been deleted in Jira, and then you can decide how you would like to handle it in Jira.

We don't have the deleted status in our Jira instance and we are looking for a direct action to delete the Jira Align story from JA when it was permanently deleted from Jira.

@Vijay Uskamalla Then your option would be to go into Jira Align and go to  Admin - > Jira Management - > Jira Deleted Issues and schedule to run it.  Once it has finished running, you can select the items you would like to have deleted from Jira Align.
