I've found where you can indicate Health or Status for an Epic but I don't see a way to do that for a Feature, other than to mark it Blocked.

@Stephanie Davis 2 ways i can think of:

On the Roadmap page, you can set colors/statuses for Features:

https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/231223507--Visualize-Beta-Roadmaps-in-Work-View

Health status

The health status of an item is reflected by the colors. Right-click the bar, and then select the necessary health status. Take a look at the following list to understand the color legend:

  • Dark gray – no health

  • Blue – done

  • Orange – at risk

  • Red – critical/slip

  • Green – on track

  • Light gray – on hold

Additionally, you can configure progress bars to show status/health automatically: Here is an article to help with that configuration.https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Align-articles/Jira-Align-How-to-Configure-and-Use-Progress-Bars/ba-p/2218882
