Possible to make a template for risks in jira align?

I would like to add a template in the description field of a Risk within Jira Align.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

@Mark van Doorn Unfortunately there is no ability to create a template within the Risk Description field.  I have seen some customers create a template for the risk in a document and copy/paste it into the field when creating a risk.

In addition, there are several fields available no the Risk the may or may not be turned on and visible.  

Also, JA administrators have the ability to create custom fields on the Risks as well.  So this may also solve the need to capture specific information on the RISK.
