Anyone know how to find this module in Jira Align?

All of my search results say "not found"

Thank you,

Bob

Hi @Robert Rogin , the timesheet module requires the purchase of an additional license to enable that functionality in Jira Align. For more information about licenses your Atlassian Enterprise Advocate can help you with that.

Here is some info on the timesheet module on the Jira Align Knowledge Base

https://agilecrafthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002643608?mobile_site=true

Thank you, Sam. I read all of that earlier and have no idea if a license was obtained or not by my managers. The bookmark link that I recorded my time in last week now takes me to the new Jira Align. Once logged in, I tried to search for that module and came up empty. I opened a ticket and forwarded it to my Manager.

When you login to Jira Align do you see a clock icon in the lower left corner in the left menu? That indicates if you have access to the timesheet module in Jira Align.

If you can't find the clock icon, then you can try to browse directly to:

 https://<your-instance>/timetracking/timetracking?Tab=1

Unlikely, but possible:  your Admin might have missed to grant you Time Tracking roles, at your Jira Align User Profile details.

Thank you for your reply. What do I insert in <your-instance>?

Use your instance's FQDN:

e.g.

SaaS deployments:  https://domain.agilecraft.com/

On-Prem deployments: https://jiraalign.domain.com/
