Does Jira Align supports 3-5 year Road Map to include executive OKRs and Business Initiatives, that are not IT enabled? What options do we have available in Jira Align. Is there any guide/video that I can refer?

You certainly can create 3 - 5 year roadmaps in Jira Align. And it can include Business Initiatives as well -- there's not a limit to the type of Initiatives you can track in Jira Align. The Roadmap doesn't have OKR's (though there are some views that allow you to group work by the objective that it is supporting.)
You can also look at how you're doing with achieving your key results in your OKR's. There's a separate view in Jira Align focused on checking progress of OKR's. Sid also posted this short video in YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPNNpD68mH0
