Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
If you are using the Kanban functionality described here, these Kanban boards won't automatically populate (you need to setup them up after integration). Another way to view a Kanban board for a team (you mentioned integrating a Sprint board) is to go to the Team Room > select a Team and Sprint > then select Sprint Board (see screenshot).
You can also go to the Backlog > select view Stories from Type drop-down > select a Team and Sprint(s), and then select Kanban (either State View or Process Step View). Note that for Process Step View you'll need to setup a Value Stream to see information properly (here is how you'd do that).
