Jira Align Program->Track->Feature Maps with restricted view/edit permissions?

I am in Jira Align Program and building out Program->Track->Feature Maps and looking for a solution to restrict view/edit access.  It appears that all Feature Maps are public to folks with access to that Program.

Is the permission schema at the Portfolio level or the Program level?

Hi @Mary Heather Cox , the Feature Maps can be activated or deactivated as part of the System Role configuration on Program and Solution Level.
