Is there a Jira Align Certification?

Is there a plan to provide a certification course for Jira Align? Also, is there a plan to upgrade the current Jira Align to match the current version of SAFe 5.1?

There is not currently at certification course for Jira Align, but Atlassian University, the Jira Align Solution Architects, and some of our certified partners are working on that certification course now. Watch for it at Atlassian University.

Regarding SAFe 5.1: Is there something specific that you're looking for? Jira Align already has support for Development Value Streams and has added more features for tracking what is being done for your Operational Value Streams. Some of the other more specific additions in SAFe 5.1 don't really apply in Jira Align, so it's hard to give a complete answer.

@Nestor Escribano There isn't a certification course like there is one for Jira at this moment. Atlassian University does offer a course Jira Align Program Essentials. Is there something specific that you are looking for in Jira Align in regards to SAFe 5.1? Jira Align currently supports the ability to update the platform terminology, estimation method and menus to align with SAFe. If there something more than you are looking for in Jira Align, you can submit that as an idea for an enhancement though the Jira Align ideation portal. There is an Atlassian Community article that explains the ideation process. You will need to register through Register link on the ideation portal login. Then your Jira Align solution architect or technical account manager can help you with getting access approved to the portal. If you do not have a solution architect or technical account manager, you can submit a ticket to the Jira Align support team asking them to approve your access to the ideation portal and they can help you with that.
