How to wire together Jira and Jira Align for CapEx

It's clear how you can mark an Epic and a Feature as CapEx or not.  What's not clear is how does Align know which Stories within a capitalizable Epic and Feature are CapEx or not?  As we know, not all Stories within a capitalizable Epic and Feature qualify as CapEx.

@Stephanie Davis  Jira Align only determines the capitalized spend at the Feature Level.  Marking it Capitalized at the Epic level is basically saying there are going to be features under this Epic that are capitalizable.  If you have a need to capture capitalization at the story level, I would recommend you do so in Jira since it is usually considered the system of truth at this level..  The reason is that we don't always bring in all the Story Issue Types in Jira Align or have all your programs and teams in Jira Align so you may not have a complete picture of all the stories that may be capitalizable.
