How to unlock JIRA align account / locked out

How do I unlock my JIRA Align account.  I'm locked out. 

 

Is my login password the same across JIRA align and JIRA core and confluence?

Hey Stacey, your login password is dependent on how your Jira Align instance is set up.

You have two options if you are locked out:

  1. Contact your Jira Align admin to reset your password.
  2. If you have a single sign on link (SSO), you could access Jira Align that way as well.

Just answering the core/confluence bit - they're not integrated currently. If your admin has setup SSO for your company with both the Jira/Confluence instances AND Jira Align then you'd need to go via whatever internal processes are in place. I assume based on the question this isn't the case though :)
