How to locate a version changed log

Our team create a version in Jira， and setup the ReleaseDate, but sometime we'll delay to release the version. And even someone release it, won't change the ReleaseDate to be the real date.

Now I need to find it the real release date. But I can't find any release action log from DB. 

I would like to know where I can get the release action time， thank you.

Have you looked in the audit logs for the Release Vehicle?
