How to import "special characters", "tabular data", links & attachments via import template?

We need to import initiative issue types from Jira to Jira Align Epics via Jira Align import template

1) The text under description field includes "special characters", "tables", "links" in Jira

2) The initiatives have attachments

Pls. suggest how to import these.

The special characters, tables & links are not intact after import.

Jira Align supports most "special characters" for import.  However, tables can be problematic from my experience because the rich text editor may not support it.  We don't import attachments.   Check out help and I suggest you submit a support ticket with more details and information so that our awesome support group can answer your specific questions.
