How to get feature team from API

On the Feature Work Item Details panel in the Program Board I can select the team and team target iteration for a feature. How do I extract this via the API?

My understanding is that this information is not yet available via the API. I would encourage you to submit an enhancement request so that we can more accurately track the number of organizations that are interested in such a feature. Thanks

I would also love to have this information in the API for Jira Align Features and created an idea for this. Please vote on it!!
