How to get Target Sync iteration in Jira ALIGN similar to actual Jira OEFA sprint

This takes place in Jira Align Team Room and i have selected a sprint / iteration that we work on now.

When in Jira Align updating my goals for the first iteration of the PI i was asked to update to a ' Target Sync Iteration' but i can not find anything similar to the sprint we defined in Jira. 

Where can i find these target sync iteration? and even create one.....

Hi @getjan_lammers ,

The Target Sync Iteration is the idealized sprints for the PI. If your Jira - Jira Align integration is set up properly, then your team sprints in Jira will sync with the Target Sync Iteration in Align.

You are looking for the Target Sync Iteration that has the same date range as the related sprint in Jira.

One note: The sprint goals you enter in Align will not sync with Jira. The Atlassian-built Jira API does not yet support syncing of sprint goals between Jira and Align. Given that most teams operate in Jira with the Scrum Master and Product Owner in Jira and Align, the Team Goals functionality in Align is generally not used by teams, while the PI Objectives and Team Objectives provide robust functionality.
