How to find open work items in worktree?

Hello,

I see that there are several open work items in work tree. I have filtered it based on 3 teams and a PI. But, how do I locate those open work items in Jira Align? PFA screenshot.

Thank you.

Most commonly, ones inability to find the items displayed on the work tree report is as a result of "Multi Program" use.  Do the items you are looking for have an "org chart" icon next to them?

If Yes:

Check the parent work item to ensure all programs are associated to the item as appropriate

If No:

The item is likely missing a key assignee/field.

I would suggest that you use the global search option in Jira Align to find the items and then investigate why they are unable to be found more easily.

Remember if using the ID number to include the pound sign (#) on the search line"

of NOTE:

If you are not a member of the owning program or team you may not be able to find the item using global search and if you do you may NOT be able to click/action the item once found.

If this is the case, discuss the need with your system admin/person in charge of data access for Jira Align.

The first step is to expand the the region at the bottom of the page ...I can't tell if you have done that, but it can be hard to see the little plus sign highlighted in my first screenshot.  From there, I typically look at the Progress bar for items that are not complete and drill in from there.  You can also see the status on the far left.  The colors are reflected in the legend as shown below.

Hello Allan,

 Thank you for the response!

I've tried this way but couldn't find those open items using this method. Could you please suggest an alternative?

Thank you.

@Abhinav Reddy Can you provide a larger screen shot so I can see what you are seeing?
