If you own the checklist you can delete it from the Checklist record by editing the Checklist after activation
Click on Checklist from the Program room in the top right. Looks like this
Select the checklist you are interested in, it will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Then edit the checklist.
When editing you will see "Delete Checklist"

@Gyanendra K Gupta I can help you with you that! If you click on the checklist, you see a frame pop up down at the bottom of the screen. When you hover over it, you will see an Edit option in the right hand corner of that frame. Click on that.
It will then open the checklist and there will be a Delete Checklist option on the right.
You will only be able to delete checklists you have created unless you have the system role of Super Admin.

The interface has changed slightly in the new navigation, and now looks like this in the upper-right:
If you're a Super Admin and get error messages around the checklist not being aligned to the proper Room or Portfolio, you can still hover over the bottom to reveal the "Edit" button as Rae mentions on the lower-right hand side.
