Getting Exit Criteria State to Stick

Each time I go back into a Process Flow I have to turn the Exit Criteria off and back on to get the Exit Criteria to display.  Is there a way to get the Process Flow to recognize that the Exit Criteria is turned on and should be displayed?

@Kurt Smith  This is not an experience I have unless I switch browsers.  If you're using Chrome (Preferred browser for JIra Align) check your settings for how frequently page caching is cleared.
