E-mail log status error

Hey guys, how are you all doing?

I'm setting up a workflow for e-mail notifications, for when dependencies are created.

Still doing that in our test instance.

I was able to chose one of the team roles to receive the email notification, and looking at the email logs, the message is there, but, in it's status, says "error: 5 "

Any idea on what this error message means?

Anywhere where I could find a list of those errors?

I don't have the answer and could not find anything documented yet.  I've reached out internally to our Jira Align team to see if they are documented anywhere.

Thanks a lot for your reply @Tom O_Connor !

Talking with support team, I was able to find out that test instance just sends the invitation e-mails. So, this was the reason why the notification was not being sent.

Good news that you got this resolved.  Sorry for any delays and FYI...

Status of 5 is the email was *not* successfully sent.  0 (zero) is waiting to send and 1 (one) is successfully sent
