We need to manage the Stories and Features with Components in Jira Align, so do we have Component feature in Jira Align in any of the license versions?

I have seen something similar to Jira Software's Component implemented in Jira Align as Custom Hierarchies.  Customer Hierarchies are currently designated "Lab", so they may not be available in your environment.  Contact your admin to see if it is a possibility in your instance.

Yes, it is available in the enterprise addition, but it would have to be turned on by an admin or Atlassian customer success person.
