Configuring the color coding for Sprint Metrics

Hey gang, 

I'm using JA as a product owner and do not have admin access. It looks like the color codes for our sprint metrics are set as follows: 

Green: 100%

Yellow: 90-99%

Red: Below 90%

While those are laudable goals, they do not reflect where we are. Our team wants them to reflect:

Green: 90-100%

Yellow: 51-89%

Red: 50% and Below

Can this be done granularly, so that other projects can have their own settings? And is this only configurable by a tool admin?

@Brian Weissman below is an article that we wrote to help explain this functionality in more detail.  

Setting this up would require someone with Admin access to set the values on the given Portfolio (which would mean that all teams in the Portfolio would need to leverage the same thresholds).

I believe the color-coded thresholds can be set at the Portfolio level.  See pic.
