I haven't tested it fully but I think that if your portfolios are sharing the same Program Increment (PI) and the same Strategic Snapshot, you would be able to use the Work Tree report | Strategy View to see all portfolio epics associated with the 2 portfolios. You would select both portfolios in the configuration bar as well.
