We have JIRA <--> JIRA Align connectivity.
I've got a user / team who have defined their features in a spreadsheet and would like to import them into JIRA Align.
My understanding is that, with the integration in place, features should originate from within JIRA and then flow into JIRA Align through the integration portal.
Is this a correct understanding?
Is it possible / cumbersome to import features directly to JA and then somehow connect them back to JIRA objects?
Thank you for the help!
@Bob Hunt Yes, Features can be imported to Jira Align. If you have your features bi-directionally syncing then they would be created in Jira after being imported to JA.
I will say that the import function in Jira Align is not as robust as they are in Jira. It may be much cleaner and allow more data to be imported by importing to Jira rather than Jira Align.
Here is a link to the Jira Align Help which talks about Import for Features.
Here is a secondary link to JA Help which gets into more detail around Importing Objects.
