Are the days reported in the Process Step Cycle Time in business or calendar days?

Edited

I was interested in knowing if the days reported in the Process Step Cycle Time report is in business or calendar days?

I wasn't able to find any specific documentation that confirmed - https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001314774-10X-Process-Step-Cycle-Time

I would add that if I were to reference the cycle time control chart which is a metric shared in the same report it appears that it's based on calendar years. However, I can't definitively tell if the step cycle time report is reporting the same since it doesn't provide story-level breakdown to trace or verify that I'm aware of. Note: I have access to the standard license.

@Razy Kased, the days reported are simply a DATEDIFF().

Calendar days is your answer.

Best regards,

Derek
