Are attachments supposed to sync from Jira Align to Jira? What about from Jira to Jira Align?

I have a user that added attachments to a Feature in Jira Align and they are not getting sync'ed back to Jira. I am unsure if this is a bug or functionality that does not exist yet. 

Also, I am wondering the same about attachments created in Jira. Are they supposed to get sync'ed to Jira Align?

Hi @Jenny Bellas,

Attachments do not sync between Jira and Jira Align or the other way. It is a limitation in the Atlassian Jira API at this time.

The Jira Align 10X: Jira Integration Guide provides details on what fields and issues sync from Jira to Jira Align and vice versa.

The 10X: Jira Integration Best Practices and FAQs provides additional info on proper config.

Hopefully the Jira API will allow will change in the future.
