Alteryx Gallery Connection to Jira Align SQL Server Error

Question

I'm trying to run an Alteryx workflow from our Alteryx Server (Gallery) and getting the following error:

The job Jira Align Test did not complete successfully and resulted in the following errors:

* Error opening connect string: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server: Reason: Login failed due to client TLS version being less than minimal TLS version allowed by the server.\HY000 = 47072 (Tool Id: 2)

The workflow works fine from my desktop.

Our Alteryx Gallery is on Windows 2016

What happens when you deselect 1.0 and 1.1 and attempt to connect again?
