ART performance over time

What's the best way to view/monitor my ART's performance over time. Is my ART doing better, worse etc.

Thanks in advance

@Vera du Preez Jira Align has several options for monitoring the progress of your ART. For monitoring the execution of your ART throughout the PI, the Program Board is a very good view that enables you to monitor how your teams are working toward the delivery of value (features) and outcomes (PI objectives) while also tracking dependencies and risks. The Program Room is a dashboard that you can customize that enables you to monitor the progress work, risks, dependencies, objectives, team load, and more. You can view the Program Room by your ART or by each team. The Program Increment Progress report is a good report that shows you the burn down and burn up of points by feature and stories that you can view by your ART or view drill downs by your team. It can help you see if your ART is able to deliver incrementally and identify if there are potential bottlenecks. The Work Tree is another view that has some good data on the progress of work. The dials at the top of the Work Tree display progress of feature and story completion for your ART. Also you can see the progress of features and stories being worked on in the PI. If your ART is doing SAFe PI Objectives, the Progress By Objective and Program Predictability reports are good for measuring how well your team is delivering and predicting outcomes. The Progress By Objective report provide metrics on the total number of objectives planned/delivered and total value (based on PI objective scoring) planned and delivered. In addition, you can view the progress of the PI objectives by sprint and by team. The Program Predictability report provides you the ability to view your ART's and teams' Program Predictability measure trending PI over PI.  It shows how well your ART is able to deliver value to your customers. A good report for identifying bottlenecks with the flow of value through your ART is the Process Step Cycle Time report.  Before you can use the Process Step Cycle Time report you will need to create a Process Flow for your ART for features. After you set that up, the report will provide you metrics on the average time it takes for value (features) to flow through your ART and Work in Progress (WIP). This is another report that can help with see if there are potential bottlenecks within your ART. This report can be used to measure Flow Metrics. I wrote a community article on how to derive Flow Metrics from the report.

Thank you, that was helpful and your article has some good info in it as well.
