Team member(s) doing guild work on behalf of another Portfolio or Program.

We have a use case where a team member or members will do guild work on behalf of another portfolio or program due to it being required by their program.  So it is a requirement for a feature that is needed from another team, and the required team outsources back to the requesting team.  What is the best way to accommodate this and provide accurate capacity and planning for this in Jira Align.  We do use the Multi-program capability on the Feature, but that is at the program level not the team.  Would be good to hear how others solve this within Align.
