Welcome to our community group! ✨ We’re excited to have a dedicated space where  folks who make an impact in people-management can network, ask questions, and help each other work through the complex projects and program initiatives that come with the job. 

We’ve got some big aspirations and plans for this group…

Our objectives are to provide a great place for you to:

• Learn more about how you can use Atlassian products and our Team Playbook as a human resources professional

• Discuss common challenges in human resources and solutions for how to overcome them

• Share real-life examples from your work to gather feedback, spark discussion, and offer tips and advice

• Ask questions and share your successes and struggles with fellow professionals who can relate

• Establish feedback loops with the Atlassian product teams for human resources use cases so we can continue to make our products better for you.

Our group is using both Jira Cloud and Workday (HR, planning, spend management), and we hope that Atlassian can provide more possibilities for the integration of these two systems.

I am working in small Startup. We do not have any dedicated HR team for our human resource hiring and managing. I as a team lead has the responsibility for managing my team. To get the most of their productivity, we uses StaffViz for managing team. This does both task management and project management calculating total time each resourse has put productivity.

I am here to connect with my fellow college who are expert in Hiring. As I need their expertise to overcome my hiring challenges.
