Configuring HipCHat keystore

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: How To Install LDAP SSL Certificate into HipChat Server Keystore

This document is very confusing... presumably the instances where it mentions "Crowd", it really means "HipChat"?  Adding certificates to the HipChat keystore do not involve the Crowd server at all.

Hi Richard.

That article is geared toward SSL connections to external directory systems (JIRA, Crowd, LDAP, AD), which is handled by an implementation of Crowd inside of the HipChat Server virtual application.

That said, the documentation is correct where it references Crowd, taking into account the context of "Crowd inside HipChat Server".

I hope that helps. smile
