It’s been a little over a year since Halp joined the Atlassian team, and it’s true what they say: time flies when you’re busy building the ultimate modern ticketing tool – or at least I think that’s how the saying goes?
In all seriousness, we’ve been hard at work delivering lots and lots of new product features to make request management in Slack and Microsoft Teams simple and fast. It’s been a fun, exciting year – but also an enlightening one.
Even before the pandemic, workplace communication had begun shifting from email to messaging within platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. But as the world around us descended into temporary Covid-19 madness, these tools became like oxygen to many organizations. In the midst of ever-changing times, they were one of the only constants.
With so many requests and questions happening across multiple teams via chat platforms, Halp has become more important than ever to adding order to the chaos. That’s why starting today, we’re rolling out new reduced pricing tiers, making it easier and more affordable than ever to expand Halp beyond just your IT team. Now, the more agents you add, the less you’ll pay per agent.
Add agents across any team in your organization, including:
👥 People Ops – handle HR requests and benefits questions with privacy in mind.
💸 Sales Ops – help your team run an efficient deal desk and close deals faster.
🤝 B2B support – provide world class customer service on shared Slack channels.
Whether you’re a current Halp customer, or just thinking about getting started, you might have a few questions about how our new pricing will work for your team. Below we’ve broken down answers to a few common questions!
What does the pricing model look like in practice?
Let’s say you’re an existing Halp user with 25 agents on the month-to-month Premium plan (previously known as Pro). With the new plan, you’ll pay $30 for your first 15 agents and $24 for your remaining 10 agents. A total of $690 per month compared to $1250 per month (25 times $50) under the old pricing model – resulting in a 44.8% reduction to your bill.
Are there any actions required on my end?
No action required! Kick back, relax and enjoy a reduced Halp invoice in your next billing cycle on or after July 1st PT. We’d like to use this opportunity to encourage you to invite more agents and introduce your colleagues outside of IT to the world of conversational ticketing. Invite them to a demo to learn more.
What if I’m on an annual subscription?
In addition to the base price decrease, customers that choose an annual Halp subscription will enjoy 12 months of service for the equivalent price of 10 months. Current annual customers will also receive pro-rated credits according to the time left in their current subscription that would allow adding additional agents for free. Please visit the billing tab in your Halp settings for more information.
Do educational institutions, non-profits, and open source communities
receive special pricing?
We will offer a 50% discount for educational institutions, 75% discount for non-profits and 100% discount for qualifying open source communities. Learn more about how to qualify.
