Switch between a Remote Repository and Origin Repository(original master) using command line ?

I know I can switch it using Source Tree but is there a better way or just using a command line command ? 

If there is, it will be really helpful.

What do you mean by switching between remote repository and origin? Origin is the default name for the remote repository.
