One Github organisation - two Jira OnDemand accounts

George Barker October 7, 2013

Hi,

For an existing project we have a functioning connection between our Jira OnDemand account and our GitHub repositories.

We have since begun a new project with a new Jira OnDemand account - but the source code is under the same GitHub organisation in a new repository.

From the new Jira OnDemand account I can connect to the GitHub organisation, but none of the repositories show up.

Any suggestions?

Hi George,

You are experiencing the bug outlined here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/DCON-324.

The issue has been fixed in version 1.4.3 of the DVCS connector, we're just waiting for a rollout. If you would like I can manually fix the issue in the database of your instance, I'll just need you to raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com and mention the ticket I've provided.

Cheers

Great. Looks like Marlon took care of the issue!

Let us know if we can assist with anything else.

Thanks
