I can't clone my repository with this issue

MH April 4, 2018

I just create my repository, and I tried to clone on my local repository.

It said me "This is not a valid source path/URL", but path /URL is correct, and I have ever cloned before.

Please help me what's wrong.

Thanks

@MH Your url does not contain the password given the fact it is having the username. That is the reason why Source Tree could not clone it

You have 2 ways to do this:

  • First way is to remove the cui_bomb0204@, and just put the whole link of your repository starting from https://bitbucket.org/cui_bomb0204... Source Tree will ask your username / password, then you can type them as usual
  • Second way it to modify your bitbucket url to include your bitbucket password before @ character like this https://cui_bomb0204:your_password@bitbucket.org/cui_bomb0204...

Hopefully this helps you
