how can I integrate jira with fisheye & crucible at ondemand for evaluation ?

I had start evaluating onDemand Jira with fisheye & crucible & svn.

and now I find that it looks not integrated each other.

for example,

I cannot make a issue in review tab.

I cannot make a review in issue tab.

so I think jira and others are not integrated well.

why this happen? something missing?

To further investigate this, the suggestion would be to raise a support ticket through SAC (https://support.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa). Please do provide a description of the issue, how to reproduce it if necessary? and the URL.
