fisheye svn folder permissions

Hi is it possible to set svn folder permissions in fisheye without crowd?  I found this, but is a bit old.  So if I have two subfolders under root, I would like granular read/write permissions on those folders.

I'm confused by your question. Fisheye does not give a user who have access to the repository it indexes READ/WRITE permissions. Fisheye per se have read only permission to the repository.
