crucible-custom-scm plugin repositories not showing up in default repositories from 4.3.1 version

we have a crucible-accurev-scm plugin which is custom version control system plugin(doesn't come out of box). This is working fine till crucible 4.1.2 versions.

And 4.2.1 to 4.4 we are facing issue while creating project, our plugin repositories are not showing up in default repositories drop down list. but showing when we create with some other repositories other than our plugin and go to explore repositories, there if click on select repositories then we are seeing our plugin specific repositories there. i'm confusing that whether this issue is from our plugin or bug in crucible . can you please suggest way to solve the issue ?
