The above link seems to only list platforms that are no longer supported as of a given version of Crucible, it doesn't say when a specific version of Crucible is going end of life.

Hi Peter,

Crucible 4.1 has already reached End of Life. The latest version of Crucible is 4.5 (EOL Date: Sept 11, 2019). This link  lists the product versions that are still supported, and their respective EOL dates.

Best,

Themis
