Unable to add files to review using "Explore Repositories" option

Hi,

We are using crucible version 3.6.1 in integration with Stash. While adding content to review, explorer repositories option keep showing "loading" for hours. Also, add attachment or finding changesets doesn't work.

I see similar issue reported https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-5923 but for version below 2.7.

Can anybody help here ?

Hello Arpit,

Can you check the instance logs located at <FISHEYE_INST>/var/log directory, and see if there are any errors being written when you try to add content to the review?

Maybe the instance is running out of memory?

Also, are you aware of any recent large changests that have been committed into the Stash repository?

Does it work if you try to add content to the review using another method (Choose branches, Search for files, etc)?
