SmartCommit link OK, but not for transition or time

Hi,

When I commit with

DEMAT-18 #close fix this

for example, the commit is linked with the JIRA issue, but the transition is not effective (stay in "TO DO".

Any advice on this ?

Hi @Nicolas Schmitz,

This typically suggests that the Application Link between Fisheye and Jira is not working as expected.

Do you see a green "Connected" label next to the remote application when you go to the each instance's Application Links page?

Also, can you please check if the user executing the smart commit exists in both applications and is allowed to close issues and work on issues in Jira side?
