Oracle database size requirements for Crucible/Fisheye

We will be install Crucible/Fisheye. Our DBA's want to know the space we need for this product, as far as database space.

We are a company of about 100 developer with 100's of applications. Is there anyone to come up with an estimate on the database size requirements to atleast last 1.5 years before the next budget cycle?
