Jira - fisheye interation problem

Ricky Park March 20, 2012

Hi, I am starting to use atlassian ondemand.

I ask you about some problem.

1. "SVN Commits Hook" doesn't work.
This option is checked but I can still commit without jira issue key.

2. I can't see source tab of a issue.
A issue has only All, commits, work log, history, activity tab.
Where is source tab of a issue?

3. "Associate FishEye Repositories with project [project_name]" doesn't work
When I commit to project B's repository with project A's jira issue key,
I want to show the commit in activity tab of project A's issue.
So I assoicate project B's repository as primary with project A in "Associate FishEye Repositories with project A" page.
But it doesn't work.

4. What is "Associate a Subversion repository with [project_name]" page?
I can't find any documentation about this page in atlassian help.

Source tab comes when you have the application links setup between Jira and Fisheye instances (I guess OnDemand will have this already) and when the Jira Project is associated with the Fisheye Instance and to see the contents, the commits should include the Jira key.

If you are using Fisheye, then there is no need to directly associate the SVN repository with Jira. The data is pulled out from Fisheye. See a similar post here https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/4107/fisheye-integration-jira
