Hi,

Why we use snippet in Crucible tool?

Can we link the snippet to JIRA issue?

I can't post comments in Snippet code. Get error message. Need help!

Error message: Snippet doesn't exist or you don't have permission.

I have access to crucible.

Thanks,

Pushpa

Hi @Pushpa Bhimraya,

As can be seen in the Snippet Review documentation, they are designed to be lightweight ad-hoc code reviews, i.e., the code does not come from any repository configured in the instance, rather they are added directly by end users.

The error message you're seeing turns out to be a recently discovered bug:

CRUC-8360 - Error commenting on snippet review

Regards,

Felipe
