We are currently evaluating FishEye and Jira. I'm having problems getting users (including myself) to log in.
In Jira, the users are setup with AD LDAP authentication and it works fine. In FishEye I've setup JIRA/Crowd authentication (whatever that is) against JIRA, and enabled auto-add users and SSO.
However, when I do try to log on to Fisheye, I get a very verbose errorlog from FishEye, "Problem communicating with Crowd" and "Caused by: com.atlassian.crowd.exception.OperationFailedException: Internal error from Crowd server: null"
I'm running fecru-3.1.3 and jira 6.0.7. I see the repos and commits from FishEye in Jira. Syncing users seems to work as expected
Try and disable SSO in the JIRA/Crowd Authentication settings you are using and also ensure you have selected the JIRA integration checkbox, and not just the Crowd.
(If you selected Integrate with JIRA, then you should not be able to enable SSO).
Changing the auth to Jira, it now works.
However our users are now required to log into FishEye when accessing repos. Can I have both? Jira auth with SSO?

JIRA Auth does not support SSO.
