I have purchased 50 user license for FishEye and 50 user license for Crucible.

Which binary do I download? FishEye (fisheye-3.8.1.zip) or Crucible (crucible-3.8.1.zip)?

You can use either.  Both binaries are the same apart from which license they will prompt you for first.
