Hello,
the company I used to work for had atlassian on demand (JIRA/Confluence/Crucible/FishEye+SVN) and I used to be able to perform crucible reviews on the source committed on SVN.
I've selected the same product stack in the new company I work for, but we intend to use git (bitbucket) instead of svn. I've tried to configure crucible with git with no luck (the only integration i've found is with jira using the connector DVCS which lead to issues regarding user account duplicated between jira and bitbucket but that's another story).
I came to the conclusion that I can't use crucible with bitbucket and that my only option is to use built-in pull request from bitbucket, thus cancelling my subscription to fisheye/crucible.
Can you please confirm my conclusion or point me to a tutorial explaining how to achieve what I want?
Thanks
For sake of clarity here's my use case
1. Connect to atlassian on demand
2. select a project
3. click the review tab
4. select a range of commits on my linked bitbucket instance
5. create a code review request
6. send it to my pals.
Our organization has written a plugin, Crucible Review Hook for Bitbucket to offer Crucible review integration into Bitbucket Server. You can check it out here. It allows you to automatically create Crucible reviews when creating pull requests, while also blocking Pull Request merges until the Crucible review is approved.
It sounds as if you are using the OnDemand version of Fisheye/Crucible. This isn't possible in Fisheye/Crucible OnDemand. Please check out https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-2090 for a very lengthly discussion on this feature request and the direction Atlassian is heading with it.

Hi, currently bitbucket cannot integrate with Fisheye/Crucible and I do not believe this will happen in the future.
If you need Git and would like Fisheye/Crucible integration please look at Stash - an Atlassian product for hosting Git repositories.
Here is a blog post detailing how they can be integrated - http://blogs.atlassian.com/2012/07/linking-your-stash-git-repositories-to-crucible-for-code-reviews/.
