Hi,
I am responsible for the Service and System integration in Hospitality company, which supplies several thousands of customers.
We are using Atlassian products in our Development teams, customer support, Internal IT and also to all other employees of our company, with Confluence.
We are at this stage 'merging' our JIRA and JIRA Service Desk instances and will try to get more collaboration from the teams and interaction, benefiting from having these systems linked to each other.
Hope I can get some good information about this and other ways to work from this forum.
