We want to talk to our Enterprise customers about their billing experience

We are doing research to understand the procurement and billing concerns of our Enterprise customers. If you have purchased and/or managed one or more of Atlassian products/apps through an enterprise license/subscription, we would love to speak with you!

What’s involved in the research:

• Sessions are 90 minutes long and conducted over video conference, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.

• During the session, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you. Then, we will ask you a few questions to understand how you evaluate, purchase and manage Atlassian products for your organization.

• As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $200 USD within 5 days of completing your session.
