I've had our gitlab.com group integrated into Jira Sofware Cloud for quite a while, and the integration mostly appears to work - branches and commits are detected, I can create projects etc.
I'm unable to add additional repositories in the Build Toolchain section however. Only one repository named Operations can be listed and added. I can't see anything special about that project on the Gitlab side, and it's one of many across many sub-groups.
Notably that repository isn't even called Operations anymore, and when it's added the name changes to the current name, indicating it's finding stale/cached data somewhere.
I've tried the usual removing the integration dances etc., but it seems pretty stuck.
Has anyone encountered anything like this before, or have any ideas about how to investigate/resolve it?

Updated: the initial repositories that I previously removed (prior to removing the integration entirely) have now reappeared on the list of integrated repositories, so definitely some stale/cached data going on here.
I also note that in the Manage App area for the Gitlab App (accessed by clicking on Get Started) it requires re-authentication/authorisation every time the page is loaded. It appears to remember the groups integrated, but it won't display them unless each request is repeatedly authenticated.
