Add a JIRA incident created in Service desk to a user story in JIRA Software

We are working in DevOps mode.

Can we add a JIRA incident created in Service desk to a user story in JIRA Software so that we can complete the JIRA incident as part of Sprint?

Hello,

Last time I had this kind of use-case to implement I used the Elements-app "Connect & Sync" plugin (aka. Exocet) with some "CF mappings", "synchronisations" and "operations"...

It was basically a variation over what they documented here :

https://doc.elements-apps.com/elements-copy-and-sync/latest/tutorials/synchronise-comments-between-a-jira-software-and-a-jira-service-desk-project

You can contact their support team below if you need help with their tools :

@Santosh_Jogade

You can link the both issues with relates to under linked issues or automate create issues with the same info(JMWE Plugin) in other software project so that you can track that in sprint
